How it works
Six steps from the day you pay to the day the code is yours. Nothing hidden in the middle.
Step 1
Pick and pay the deposit
Pick your package and pay the 50% deposit through Recurrente (card, or US bank transfer on orders of $1,000 or more).
Step 2
Fill in the intake form
Fill in the 10-minute intake form, you get the content worksheet the same day.
Step 3
Send your content
Send your text, logo and photos within 10 business days. The delivery clock starts when your content is complete, or on business day 11 with placeholders.
Step 4
We design and build
We design and build, you review previews and send your rounds of changes.
Step 5
Approve and launch
Approve the final preview, pay the 50% balance, and we launch on your domain within 3 business days.
Step 6
Handover
Handover: code, repository, training, and 3 months of support.
What you send us
After the intake form you get a content worksheet in English or Spanish. It asks for this and nothing else.
The content clock
Your content is due 10 business days after kickoff, through the worksheet in the intake form. From day 11 we build with the worksheet's placeholders and the delivery clock runs. After 30 days of silence the build is billed as complete, the balance falls due and the support window starts. A restart fee applies to pick it back up.
- Your text, or the answers we turn into text: what you do, who you serve, why people pick you.
- The services or products you want on the page, with prices if you publish them.
- Your logo. A vector file if you have one, an image if that is all there is.
- Photos of your work, your team and your place. We tell you which ones are usable.
- Your brand colours and fonts, if you have them.
- Two or three sites you like, and one line on why.
Who does what
Two companies, one project, one person you talk to.
- Manhu listens and quotes.
- Manhu is the company you contract with. It writes the quote, invoices you, and stays your single contact from the first message to the last support request.
- FSEVO designs and builds.
- FSEVO is the named build partner. It designs the site, writes the code by hand, and prepares the repository that ends up in your account.
- Manhu delivers and supports.
- Manhu runs the training call, the launch on your domain, and the three months of support that follow it.
Support and ownership
- The code is assigned to you on full payment. Full source and the Git repository move to your account, plus a zip.
- On the WordPress packages you also get the custom theme's repository and the WordPress owner role. The hosting account is in your name from day one.
- Every WordPress handover includes a one page sheet listing what the site costs to run: the host's renewal price and date, any plugin licence you chose, the domain renewal and the form service cap.
- Three months of support covers defects in what we delivered: broken links, layout bugs, a form that stops sending, hosting or DNS we set up.
- A small edit batch is up to 30 minutes of text or image swaps in one request. Batches expire at month end and do not roll over.
- Support runs while we stay a collaborator on your hosting account. After the window, a monthly care plan is available.
