MANHU Web Services: Privacy Notice
Version 0.1 · Updated September 4, 2026
DRAFT v0.1. Everything below is proposed; retention periods are placeholders for counsel.
Short by design: the buyer is a business, the data is business contact data plus files, and Phase 1 ships no consent banner (proposed; counsel to confirm).
Who we are
[Manhu legal name], Guatemala, [address], [email]. FSEVO, the design and development studio that builds the sites, processes project data on our behalf as a subcontractor under the same confidentiality terms.
What we collect
- At checkout, through Recurrente: your name, surname, email, phone number and the answers to up to three checkout questions (business name, website or social profile, preferred language). Recurrente processes your card; we never see or store card details.
- In the intake form: business contact details and address, a description of your business, the services you list, files you upload (logo, photos, brand guide), links, your preferences, and your acceptance of the Terms with date and time.
- On this site: standard server logs and Google Analytics 4 events (pages viewed, buttons clicked, language chosen); analytics data is pseudonymous.
- Project correspondence by email and WhatsApp.
Why
To quote, deliver and support your order (performance of the contract); to invoice you and keep tax records (legal obligation); to keep evidence of the order, previews and approvals in case of a payment dispute (legitimate interest); to know which channel brought you to us (legitimate interest); and, only if you allow it, to show your finished site in our portfolio.
Who receives it
Recurrente (payments), FSEVO (design and build), our email and form providers, Supabase (the database that stores your intake form), the hosting, domain, GitHub, WordPress hosting and analytics providers whose accounts are opened in your name, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Intake submissions and project files: for the project and 90 days after Handover (Terms cl. 11.3), then deleted except the order record. Order, invoice and acceptance records: [5 years; proposed, Guatemalan tax retention period to be confirmed by counsel]. Analytics: the Google Analytics 4 retention set in the property [14 months; verify]. Email and WhatsApp threads: 12 months after the project ends [proposed].
Your choices
Write to [email] to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw the portfolio permission; we answer within 10 Business Days. Recurrente’s own privacy notice applies to the payment itself.
