  • Extra page $150 static, $200 editable One designed page in the site's system (up to 6 sections), SEO fields, one revision round.
  • Logo refresh $250 Vector clean-up of the existing mark, 3 lockups (horizontal, stacked, icon), favicon and social avatar set. Not a new brand.
  • Copywriting $120 per page (EN or ES), $200 per page bilingual, translation only $60 per page Interview, draft and one revision, up to about 500 words per page.
  • Photo curation $90 per batch of 10 Licensed images searched, selected, cropped and colour-graded to the palette. Client photos retouched to match.
  • Monthly care plan Static Care $49/month, Editable Care $89/month Static: uptime monitor, dependency updates, one small edit batch a month, priority email. Editable (WordPress): uptime monitor, core, plugin and theme updates, weekly off-site backup with restore test, one hour of edits a month. Annual prepay gets two months free.
  • Bilingual version (EN + ES) +50% of the tier price Second-language version of every page, language switcher, hreflang and per-language SEO tags. Client supplies the translation, or adds translation only at $60 per page.
  • Booking or WhatsApp integration $150 Booking embed (Cal.com, Calendly or Square Appointments on the client's account), WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message per service, form-to-WhatsApp or form-to-email routing.
  • Motion pack $600 Scroll-linked animation and designed transitions on an editable site. Sold only on Editable Full Site.
  • Second hero variant $150 A second hero (headline, visual, CTA) built for message testing, with the switch documented in the handover. Premium Landing Page only.
  • Exclusivity $300 The chosen template locked to the client's industry and metro for 12 months, recorded in the showcase log.
  • Rush +40% of the tier, $250 minimum Delivery in half the business days. Capacity-gated, one rush job in flight at a time.
  • Extra revision round $120 static, $180 editable One more consolidated round, as defined on the tier page.
  • Headless upgrade (Astro + Sanity) +$250 Sanity project and Studio instead of WordPress admin, Astro front end on Cloudflare Pages or Netlify (client's account), publish webhook wired to publish only, Sanity project ownership transferred. Hosting drops to $0 a month.

Editable Full Site with the motion pack and a bilingual version $3,225

Delivery, revisions and the content clock

Delivery times are typical business days counted from the moment your content is complete. Days you take extend the date day for day. A revision round is one consolidated written list of changes, sent through the support channel within 5 business days of receiving a preview. A round covers the sections and text already built. New sections, new pages, integrations or a change of direction are add-ons. Feedback that arrives in pieces is collected into the open round until it closes. A preview with no reply in 10 business days counts as approved.

The content clock

Your content is due 10 business days after kickoff, through the worksheet in the intake form. From day 11 we build with the worksheet's placeholders and the delivery clock runs. After 30 days of silence the build is billed as complete, the balance falls due and the support window starts. A restart fee applies to pick it back up.

Questions about the packages

One consolidated list of changes to an existing preview, sent within 5 business days of receiving it. It covers layout, colour, type and text edits to what is already built, not new pages or sections. A preview with no reply in 10 business days counts as approved.
